The exhibition of new products in electronic industry CES 2015 is in full swing. We want to introduce you the new line of unique products from Seagate - external storage devices: Seven, Wireless and Personal Cloud.

Seagate Seven is the most elegant 500 gigabyte 2.5-inch external hard drive in the world: its thickness does not exceed 7 mm. The case is made of stainless steel and connection to a computer provides the interface USB 3.0. It is curious that Seven is dedicated to the 35th anniversary of Seagate. Before the appearance of Seven the thinnest portable hard drives in the line of the company were the devices of series UltraSlim - their thickness barely exceeded 1 cm.

The drive is created on Angsana platform, uses plates with the height of 5 mm and connects to PCs and mobile devices through port USB 3.0.

The second new model is Seagate Personal Cloud. It will be offered in two versions: with one slot for a hard drive (3, 4 or 5 TB) or two slots (4, 6 or 8 TB). Seagate Personal Cloud is able to broadcast streaming content directly to DLNA-enabled devices, including Sony PlayStation 3 and newer, as well as Microsoft Xbox 360 and later. Being away from home, you can use files and share with your friends content stored on Seagate Personal Cloud. Personal Cloud drives can be set to automatically back up your information from such popular services like Amazon S3, Box, Baidu, DropBox, Google Drive, HiDrive and Yandex.Disk, providing an additional independent data protection. For those who just need additional copy of existing files, there is a synchronization function for services Baidu, DropBox and Google Drive.

Two internal drives Seagate Personal Cloud 2-Bay by default are configured for automatic duplication of all the stored content for a double data protection and restful sleep of their respective owners. If you need to increase the capacity of hard drive cloud, Personal Cloud 2-bay can be reconfigured to use the total capacity of both drives.

The third presented gadget is Seagate Wireless with the 500 gigabyte hard drive and it is aimed primarily for owners of mobile devices - smartphones and tablets. The model provides an USB 2.0 interface, Wi-Fi adapter and a battery for 6 hours of autonomous work. This means that the drive can be carried around and you cant transfer on him photos and videos from your mobile device, which has clearly less memory. But it is possible to store a collection of your favourite series at Seagate Wireless and broadcast them on a tablet.

The price of this new device is $130 and it will be offered in five colors: green, blue, red, black and white. Start of sales - before the end of this month.

Seagate Wireless крутая штука! Пожалуй надо купить, где-нибудь смотреть сериалы так в дороге вообще бесценно!
