Zotac Cup #140 - Imperial final

Regular Zotac Cup #140 in StarCraft II discipline wasn't disregarded by Team Empire. Almost all team's participants have taken part in it: Empire.Happy, Empire.Siw, Empire.Brat_OK, Empire.BeastyQT, except :terr Michael "Kas" Gayda who was sent to represent our team at IEM VII in Katowice (report). Among other participants in the fight for the 100$ here should be noted the next players: Liquid`Snute, RoX.KIS.fraer, Acer.Bly. FXO.LoWeLy, FXO.Minato and our empiretv.org streamer EmpireTV.ZERG.

Due to reduced strength of participants (165 players) the biggest Team Empire's part got the free wins in the first round. Only Siw was able to play his first game at this stage but he had no problems with Awers.

However the 2nd and 3rd rounds were passed without any problems for our participants. All these games might be described as: "confidant games against non-known competitors". Though it should be noted the BRAT_OK's game in 2nd round against empiretv.org commentator - ZERG. In spite of all of his efforts he wasn't able to defeat Pavel. :)

Todays Final gave to all StarCraft II viewers a lot of good vibes. Siw and BeastyQT deserved their wins at this tournament but the winner is only the one. This time the luck was on Siw's side. He has defeated his opponent with 3:1 score and got 100$. Our congratulations!
